FRENCH FOR BEGINNERS

This intro course is for absolute beginners or for people who studied French years ago but need to brush up on the basics.

Together, we'll cover:

  • pronunciation and intonation
  • the present and simple past, and when to use avoir vs être
  • basic grammar including articles, gender, plurals and prepositions

Each lesson will also include in-class conversation practice and real-life situations such as talking about yourself (job, home, family, likes and dislikes), shopping, and ordering in a restaurant.

About the teacher

Vincent Perez is a native of Cannes, France, with several years' teaching experience in both New York City and the south of France.

About our classes

Class size is limited to 12 students. Classes sell out fast, and availability is first-come, first-served.

There are no make-up classes. You will receive a syllabus so you can keep up if you have to miss a class.
