FRENCH ADVANCED BEGINNER
Mondays 4:30-6:00 pm, 6/30-8/4

This Level 2 course is for people who recently completed a beginner course or have basic knowledge of French including the present and simple past tenses.

Together, we'll focus on building conversation skills and mid-level grammar including:

  • forming the present perfect with avoir and être
  • the imperfect vs the passé composé
  • the imperative and simple future tenses

Classes will also include weekly conversation practice, pair work, and student presentations.

François Marie is a native of Provence, France and has more than 10 years' experience teaching French in New York.

About our classes

Class size is limited to 12 students. Classes sell out fast, and availability is first-come, first-served.

There are no make-up classes. You will receive a syllabus so you can keep up if you have to miss a class.
