This intro course is for absolute beginners or people who studied Spanish years ago but need to brush up on the basics. Together, we'll cover:

  • pronunciation and syntax
  • talking about the present and near future
  • basic grammar including articles, gender, plurals and prepositions

Each lesson also includes in-class conversation practice about real-life situations such as talking about work, home, family, likes and dislikes, asking directions, and ordering in a restaurant.

About the teacher

Katherina Salguero is from Colombia and has several years' experience teaching Spanish in New York City. In addition to teaching, she is a drummer in a local band.

About our classes

Class size is limited to 12 students. Classes sell out fast, and availability is first-come, first-served.

There are no make-up classes. You will receive a syllabus so you can keep up if you have to miss a class.
