Privacy Policy

Idlewild is strongly committed to protecting the privacy of its customers, students, and other website visitors. To this end, we have prepared this notice regarding what personal information we collect and how it is used. To make this page easy to find, we have included a link to it at the bottom of every page of our website.

Students

When you sign up for a class via our website, we request only the information needed to complete your registration (name, email and telephone number), as well as credit card information to process your payment.

Your email address enables us to send you a registration confirmation and receipt and to subscribe you to our monthly newsletter for class schedule updates. Your instructor may also use it to send study materials for your class. Your phone number will be used only in the event that your class needs to be cancelled due to teacher illness or inclement weather. If you prefer not to give your email and phone number at the time of registration, you may enter an “x” in either or both of these fields but please be aware we would then be unable to contact you in the event your class is cancelled or postponed.

For your own security, your credit card information is not stored permanently on our web server. Idlewild never shares any of your personal information with third parties, for marketing or other purposes.

Newsletter subscribers

We invite visitors to our website to subscribe to our monthly newsletter. This is done by voluntarily submitting your email address in the subscribe field, registering for a class online, or emailing us a question. You may unsubscribe at any time, and your email will never be shared with third parties for any purpose.
